Bermuda COVID-19 Statistics
The Ministry of Health wishes to advise media outlets that the timing of the regular release of COVID-19 statistics has been revised.
The previous timing of the daily COVID-19 release (evenings) followed on from the evening press conferences held during the State of Emergency.
To reduce overtime and relieve Ministry of Health staff from working unsociable hours, the Ministry of Health will now compile COVID-19 numbers in the morning for release before noon.
Please note schedule below going forward:
The regular COVID-19 press release will now be sent each morning (before 12noon) on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with the results of the previous day, rather than in the evening as has been the case. There will be no Saturday release at this time, informed the Ministry.
Additionally, the weekly Tuesday press conference will still take place at A.B. Place at 5:45pm.
The next COVID-19 update will be provided before noon tomorrow morning, said the statement.
