Please bring a photo ID to your appointment. If your child is to be tested, please make every effort to bring an ID for them also (passport, birth certificate) or an OCMO/ESU letter confirming a test appointment.

You can drop-in at the various testing locations or use the below link to schedule a time and location you wish to attend for the COVID-19 health screening registration for the Bermuda Government Molecular Diagnostic Testing Laboratory. Please bring the confirmation number provided, via the email confirmation, and your Photo ID with you for your screening. Instructions:
