Motorcycle and car collide in North Shore Road, Pembroke

At around 11:35am today, Wednesday, 2nd September, police and other first responders were dispatched to a report of a serious two vehicle collision along North Shore Road, Pembroke.
The male motorcyclist was traveling in a westerly direction along North Shore Road near Langton Hill when he was involved in a collision with a private motorcar, as the driver attempted to negotiate a right hand turn into a private drive.

The motorcycle rider was conveyed to KEMH and is being treated for serious facial and leg injuries.

Traffic is being diverted at Blackwatch Pass Roundabout and Berkeley Hill Road while the scene is being processed.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed the collision to contact PC 2548 Burrows at 295-0011 or 211.

The police informed that road has now been opened.
