Premier David Burt appeared on a questions and answers session on the Government's Facebook earlier today. During the live video session Burt mentioned that there are two more positive COVID-19 cases on the island.
According to Premier Burt there were a total of 143 tests today of which two came back positive.
This brings the total positive
coronavirus cases to 144.
The Premier's message to the public was not to let their guard down, as virus is “still on our shores” and that wearing mask was “particularly, particularly important”.
“On the whole, I think Bermuda has done a reasonably good job," said Premier Burt, but he also warned the citizens that more positive cases are expected to be discovered on the island.
